Actress Dilara Hanif Poornima married again the crush of three decades of Bangladesh. Patra Ashfakur Rahman Robin, a senior official in the marketing department of a multinational company in the country.
Studied at a private university in Sydney, Australia. Their marriage ceremony was completed on May 27.
The actress said that due to various family reasons, she did not make the matter public until now. Currently, the couple is living together in an elite area of the capital.
Poornima said, 'After marriage, others in the family including me were sick. Some were infected with corona. Because of this, it is late to inform about the marriage.'
Regarding Robin, he said, 'I met him through work. We have a relationship of three years. In the beginning it was friendship. Later, both of us thought that we can have a family together. They value our opinion only to inform the family. I found friendship, trust and respect in Robin. The relationship is basically strengthened from there.'
He also said that the wedding reception will be held at the end of this year.
This is Purnima's second marriage. In 2007, she married Ahmed Fahad Jamal, a businessman from Chittagong. A daughter named Arshiya Umaiza was born in their family.
Poornima divorced Fahad three years ago. Umaiza is currently staying with her mother Purnima.
