At least 43 people are missing after a boat carrying migrants, including Bangladeshis, capsized in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of the North African country of Tunisia.
The Tunisian Navy has rescued 84 other passengers from the boat that sank in the Mediterranean Sea en route from Libya to Italy.
The Tunisian Red Crescent told British news agency Reuters on Saturday that the sunken boat was carrying citizens from Bangladesh, Egypt, Sudan and Eritrea. The boat sank while they were trying to cross the Mediterranean Sea from Libya.
The Red Crescent said the boat had set off from Libya's northwestern Zuwara coast carrying migrants. In recent times there have been several sinkings of boats carrying migrants off the coast of Tunisia.
