The Prime Minister of Iraq is going to visit Iran today

Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi is visiting Iran on Tuesday. He will be accompanied by a high-level political and economic delegation on the two-day official visit. 

During his visit to Iran, Mustafa Al-Kazemi will meet with the country's top officials.  

Iranian news channel Press TV reported that this will be Mustafa Kazemi's first foreign trip after assuming office as prime minister.

Kazimir was supposed to visit Saudi Arabia on Monday. Mustafa Al Kazemi was scheduled to visit Iran after returning from Saudi Arabia.

However, his first visit to Saudi Arabia was supposed to be but Kazimir's visit was postponed by Riyadh due to the illness of King Salman bin Abdulaziz.

Iran's Energy Minister Reza Ardekanian will welcome the Iraqi Prime Minister upon his arrival at Tehran's Mehrabad International Airport.

The Prime Minister of Iraq will meet with Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Speaker of Iran's National Parliament Bakr Kalibof during his two-day official visit to Tehran.

President of Iran. Hassan Rouhani will officially welcome the Prime Minister of Iraq. After that the meeting between the two parties will start. In addition, a meeting of high-level delegations of Iraq and Iran will be held in the presence of Iran's First Vice President Ishaq Jahangiri.
