A pilot was killed when an army helicopter crashed in Kathua district of Indian Occupied Kashmir.
In this incident, the other pilot was rescued and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
On Monday evening, the army helicopter from Pathankot in Punjab met with an accident in Lakhanpur of Kathua district on its way to Kashmir.
According to Indian media, the two pilots of the helicopter were seriously injured after the accident during the emergency landing and were taken to the hospital.
The doctor on duty there declared a pilot dead. Another is undergoing treatment.
According to the preliminary investigation, the police believe that there was a mechanical fault in the helicopter in the sky. Then it met with an accident during landing.
