He said this at a virtual function regarding the payment of stipend and tuition fees to 4.3 lakh students on Tuesday.
The Education Minister said, we have published the results of the SSC examination in 2020. HSC evaluated in alternative method.
From January to June 2021, a total of Tk 1,780,92,78,000 has been paid for stipends and tuition fees to secondary and higher secondary level students.
Out of this, 42 lakh 84 thousand 928 students of 29 thousand 301 educational institutions were paid a total of 882 crore 93 lakh 50 thousand 600 rupees. Apart from this, 195 crores 99 lakhs 22 thousand 410 takas are given for the tuition fees of the students.
