A demand has been raised in the National Parliament to open educational institutions that have been closed for almost a year due to the coronavirus. Two parliamentarians from the government party made this claim while participating in the discussion on the motion of thanks to the President's speech at the National Parliament session on Wednesday.

The State Minister for Primary and Mass Education said that the educational system is being damaged due to the closure of educational institutions during the Corona period. Even though it is a virtual class, the students of the village are not benefiting much from it. Therefore, educational institutions should be opened as soon as possible.
Government party member of parliament Solaiman Haque Zoardar said that the ministry should take the final decision regarding the opening of educational institutions.
He said that educational institutions should be opened in compliance with health regulations.
