BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi said, not a fair election, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Hooda is 'busy in looting'.
He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at a doa mahfil on the ground floor of the party's central office in Nayapaltan on Tuesday afternoon.
Rizvi said to CEC, were you a bureaucrat or a DC? So big slave? Slaves sometimes rebelled against their masters for justice. Such slaves as you are not to be found anywhere else.

He said, Nurul Huda doesn't need a fair vote, he needs money allocation to train some people. EVM machine is a fraud machine.
He needs money to buy that machine.
And that money will be lost by him and others who are in his commission. He is busy with this robbery. Not busy for fair elections.
Elections will be like this as long as this government is there. The Election Commission is a nonsense commission. Elections will not be held with government servants, Sheikh Hasina must be overthrown.
And the impetus for this fall will be the Bappis, because with their lives they have raised the flag of democracy. We have to move forward with that flag in front of us.
Blaming Sheikh Hasina for the death of Arafat Rahman Koko, Rizvi said that Arafat Rahman Koko was suffering from a heart attack.
The reason for this heart disease is this eloquent Awami League government. As a result of their agitation, Moinuddin-Fakhruddin captured him and brutally tortured him.
He also saw brutal torture on mother (Khaleda Zia) from Malaysia. Sheikh Hasina is responsible for his death. Awami League is responsible for this death.
