Former President of Pabna Sirajganj Association passed away

The former president of the association Prof. Abu Ahmed Rashidullah passed away yesterday (28/06/2021) at 8 pm (Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Rajiun). He was suffering from terminal cancer and was admitted to Ahsania Cancer Hospital in Uttara, Dhaka. He was 83 years old at the time of his death. As a gifted child of Banwari Nagar Faridpur Upazila of Pabna, he has contributed a lot to the society and the country. Especially from the post of elected president of Pabna-Sirajganj District Welfare Association, Chittagong for a long time, he won the hearts of thousands of members. During his career, he first served as Professor (English) at Pabna Edward College and later at Chittagong Government College.
We are deeply saddened by his death. I pray to the Merciful Almighty Allah to forgive him and list him as a possessor of heaven and make the slaughterhouse a garden of heaven.
