According to the sources of the health director's office, in the last 24 hours, the maximum number of 23 people died in Khulna district. Among the rest, 14 died in Kushtia, 9 in Jessore, 10 in Jhenaidah, six in Chuadanga, five in Meherpur, two in Bagerhat, one each in Narail and Magura.

The first corona patient in Khulna division was detected in Chuadanga on March 19 last year.
