In the last 24 hours in Khulna, nine more people have died due to Corona. In the previous 24 hours till 8 am on Saturday (June 26), seven people died in Corona Dedicated Hospital of Khulna Medical College (Khumek) Hospital and two people died in private Gazi Medical College Hospital.

No one died in Corona Unit of Khulna General Hospital.

Khulna Corona Dedicated Hospital Focal Person Dr. Suhas Ranjan Halder said that in the last 24 hours, seven people have died in the red zone of Khulna Corona Hospital. At this time, 29 people were newly admitted.

40 people have recovered and returned home. And 19 people are in ICU. 156 people are under treatment in the 130-bed Corona Hospital in Khulna.

Gazi Mizanur Rahman, the owner of Gazi Medical, said that two people died in Gazi Medical College Hospital. The deceased are - Ziaur Rahman (42) of Bharatbayana area of Keshavpur, Jessore and Md. of Rampur area of Monirampur. Ehsac Sana (80). 94 people are under treatment in this hospital. Among them seven in ICU and seven in HDU.

On the other hand, no death occurred in the last 24 hours in the 250-bed General Hospital. Five more patients were admitted in the last 24 hours. Eight people have recovered and returned home. 66 patients are currently under treatment.
