Complaints of card holders, today (September 1) I have come to collect rice of VGD card from 9 o'clock in the morning. But now at 2:30 the UP Secretary has not come to the council. Brought the little kids they are crying now. I would have left even if I told you not to pay today. Give the answer. I have been sitting since morning to get rice. But he hasn't come yet. He also said that rice will not be given as the key of the godown is with the secretary.
A UP member, who did not wish to be named, said the secretary came to the office almost a day late. Because of that many people are being deprived of services. By doing this, the image of Babukhali UP Parishad Chairman is being damaged.
Expressing displeasure in this incident, Chairman Mir Md. Sajjad Ali said that the reputation and image of the council is being damaged in this incident. I have been in the council since morning. Although the rice is supposed to be given, the secretary has not yet appeared. He was told about this many times but he did not listen.
Secretary Amir Hossain said, I went to Jessore for office work. On other days, the secretary could not give any reply due to not coming to the office on time.
