When the mother of a student of Dhaka University's English Department died in the afternoon at Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital in the capital, no one came forward to bury the body. When the hotline number of Bangladesh Chhatra League was contacted, Bangladesh Chhatra League came forward. The bodies of individuals can be buried only in Ray's Bazar Intellectual Graveyard and burials are stopped after eleven o'clock at night.
Bangladesh Chhatra League President Al Nahian Khan Joy's support made the burial of the body possible at 12:00 pm. Relief and Disaster Management Secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra League Imran Jamaddar, Religion Secretary Tuhin Reza, Deputy Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan Chhatra League Alamgir Faraji, Assistant Secretary took part in the burial. Riazul Islam and Dhaka University Chhatra League leader Atanu Burman.
In this regard, Tuhin Reza said, "Since the beginning of the Corona epidemic, the leaders and workers of Bangladesh Chhatra League have participated in the burial of the bodies of people who died due to Corona throughout the country. We will continue this activity."
Imran Jamaddar said, "Bangladesh Chhatra League has been standing by the people of the country with various programs in continuation of its tradition since the beginning of the corona epidemic. Free ambulance service, telemedicine service, relief operations, installation of corona prevention booth, body burial and shroud program are just a few examples.
